"I believe each person has their own, unique way of navigating through their life and I work with patients to help them determine which direction they feel would be the best for them. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and narrative therapy as my theoretical orientations. I look forward to working with anyone who feels that they are in need of extra support and understanding very complex and personal matters."
